予約について
[About time slot]

• 予約サイトでご予約いただく時間は「集合・受付」の時間となっています。必ずこの時間内にお越しいただき、受付をお済ませください。

  Time slot you reserve on the EXPO website is for gathering and reception time.
  Please ensure to arrive and complete the reception procedure by the end of the time slot.

• 予約時間内に受付ができない場合、入場ができませんのでご注意ください。その際は、再度ご予約の手続きをお願いいたします。

  Please note that you need to make another reservation if you fail to arrive on time slot.

• より多くの方に楽しんでいただくため、当館の予約はおひとり様1日1回でお願いいたします。

  In order to allow as many people as possible to enjoy invaluable experiences in our pavilion,
  we ask each person to make one reservation per day at most.

体験時間について
[About experience time in our pavilion]

• ご予約時間の後、体験時間が30分となっています。下記をご参照ください。

  It will take approximately 30 minutes for the experiences in our pavilion after your entry. Please refer to the following.

館内注意事項
[Things to remember about the Pavilion]

• ご入館後は途中退館及び再入館はできません。

  Once you enter the Pavilion, please do not leave during the event. Re-entry is not permitted once you exit.

• 館内には一部薄暗い空間があります。また、一部、戦争や災害の映像が含まれています。小さなお子様や敏感な方はご注意ください。

  There are some dimly lit areas in the Pavilion, please be cautious if you feel uncomfortable with dark areas.
  The content contains scenes of disaster and conflict that some viewers may find distressing.

• 展示機器のトラブルによる閉館、または観覧時間の変更や一部展示観覧ができないなど、内容の変更がある場合がございます。

  Please note that the Pavilion may be closed due to equipment failures, viewing time may be changed due to program delay,
  and  some exhibits may be unavailable for unavoidable reasons.

• 撮影した写真・動画をWEB上に掲載する際には、肖像権に関する適切な処理を行ってください。
  お客様同士でのトラブルについては、責任を負いかねます。

  When posting photos or videos on social media, please be mindful of infringing on portrait rights. 　 We shall not be responsible for any disputes that may arise between visitors.

• お客さまの不注意による事故・紛失・盗難について、責任を負いかねます。
  また施設などを故意に破損した場合は損害代金をお支払いいただく場合がございます。

  We shall not be responsible for any accidents, loss, or theft due to visitors’ negligence.
  In the event of intentional damage caused to the facility, you may be asked to pay for its compensation.

• 館内にトイレはございません。事前にお済ませの上、ご来館ください。

  There are no restrooms in the Pavilion. Please use the restrooms outside the Pavilion.

• 他のお客様のご迷惑になるような行為をお見かけした場合は、スタッフよりお声がけの上退館いただく場合がございます。

  If you engage in any behaviors that may disturb other visitors, you may be asked to leave the Pavilion.

館内禁止事項
[Prohibited matters in the Pavilion]

• 飲食物持ち込みはご遠慮ください。ただし、水分補給のための蓋つきのペットボトル、水筒の持ち込みは可能です。

  Please refrain from bringing in food and beverages. PET bottles and water bottles with lids for rehydration,
  however, are welcome to bring in.

• ベビーカーの館内持ち込みはご遠慮ください。館外の専用置場をご利用いただけますが、ご自身の責任にて管理ください。

  Please refrain from bringing stroller into the Pavilion. It can be placed in the outside dedicated area.
  However, please be informed that we shall not be responsible for damage and loss.

• 写真撮影は可能ですが、フラッシュ撮影はご遠慮ください。

  You may take photos, but please refrain from using flash.

• 動画撮影は可能ですが、ライブ配信撮影はご遠慮ください。

  You may record videos, but please refrain from live-streaming.

• なお、一部撮影禁止のエリアがございます。

  Despite the above, please be informed that there are areas where photography and video recording are prohibited.

• 自撮り棒・一脚・三脚などの撮影補助器具のご使用はご遠慮ください。

  Please refrain from using selfie sticks, monopods, and tripods which disturb other visitors.

• 酒気帯び者の入館はお断りいたします。

  Persons under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to enter the Pavilion.

• その他スタッフの案内にご協力ください。

  Please follow instructions of the pavilion staff.

ユニバーサルデザイン情報
[Universal Design Information]

• 館内は車いすのまま体験できます。

  Wheelchair users are welcome to enter.

• 筆談ボードをご用意しています。

  Writing boards are available for those who are hard of hearing.

• 視覚障がい者用の音声ガイドをご準備しています。ご利用の際には受付時にスタッフにお声がけください。

  Audio guide for persons with low vision is available. Please ask the reception staff.
